A Dubai 3BR in a prime location earns 28,000–55,000 AED per month at peak (December–February). Annual gross income: 320,000–550,000 AED. Net profit after all expenses: 240,000–380,000 AED. Palm Jumeirah and Downtown units with premium views sit at the top of this range.
